How do I contact a client?

In case you have specific questions that need to be addressed to the client such as:

  • Deadline extensions
  • Briefing clarifications
  • Layout clarifications
  • Keyword clarifications

Please contact the client via our messaging feature: 

  • Log in to your account 
  • Go to your Inbox / Contacts 
  • Select the client (via the Client ID) and click on message
  • Add a title and a text to your message and submit 

In case of projects which are directly managed by a project manager from greatcontent, please proceed in the same way.
